We work closely with a carefully selected specialist partner to deliver a fully integrated solution for the service of Legal Documents. We are experts in the field and a member of both the Association of British Investigators (ABI) and the Institute of Paralegals. All instructions are overseen by a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and we undertake Pre-Serve checks on all addresses before attending to ensure maximum contact and maintain our consistently high success rates.
Our Process Serving Facilities
All subscribers to our Business Support Toolkit have access to our competitive rates for Process Serving. We provide four service levels to our clients, all of which include multiple visits at different times of the day and attendance out of ours to ensure maximum contact, proofs of service, Witness Statement, Certificate of Service or Affidavits. All proofs are prepared in-house ensuring a fixed format, factually and grammatically correct with an appropriate level of information. All Process Serving facilities adheres to Insolvency and CPR rules and we will undertake any specific instructions you may have at the time of service.
Standard Service - Making our first visit within three days of receipt of paperwork and attending up to three times to effect service over 10 working days, with at least one of these visits being made outside of normal working hours if attending a residential address. With a maximum turnaround time of 14 days.
Priority Service - Making our first attendance on the day of receipt of paperwork and attending up to three times to effect service, with at least one of these visits being made outside of normal working hours if attending a residential address. With a maximum turnaround time of 3 days.
Next Day Service - When time is short and you need documents servicing quickly, we have a solution. Our Next Day service provides immediate attendance for serving Legal documents where and when you need it throughout the UK, making our first visit on the day following receipt of paperwork and attending up to three times to effect service.
Same Day Service - When time is critical and you need documents servicing urgently, we have a solution. Our time sensitive Same Day service provides immediate attendance for serving Legal documents where and when you need it throughout the UK, our highly developed case management system provides the tools to ensure that target deadlines are achieved and our dedicated support team can ensure that documents are collected or liaise with you or your client outside normal working hours, ensuring that urgent service is effected and you get the proof you need for Court quickly.
Collection of Legal Documents - Applicable to any service, but particularly relevant to same day or next day services where original documents need to be served.
Our Process Serving team will acknowledge receipt of your documents which can be uploaded with ease to our secure online portal, simply upload documents at the point of ordering your required service. To keep you regularly updated as work progresses, case notes are updated after each attendance and all reporting is fully compliant with any legal or specific client requirements, progress may be viewed by our Client Web portal.
Depending on your requirements and in order to make sure that the service is delivered as swiftly as possible, we can provide a local address for you to send the original paperwork, we can accept scanned copies for service and clients can upload these documentation to our online secure portal or we can arrange collection of documents from your offices or the Courts. We operate a same day turnaround policy with all instructions with new instructions received before 14.00 hours (or 16.30 hours for urgent instructions) being processed on the day of receipt.
