Our trace services are on a no find, no fee basis and are competitively priced. Primary Trace is £25 and Employment Trace is £35 (to Business Support Toolkit subscribers). identeco’s highly trained trace team will undertake all relevant searches to provide a confirmed current address and we will report in a clear, timely and understandable manner.

identeco operate a policy of only supplying validated information.

Yes, you can. Companies House provides free basic information on all UK registered businesses, but for deeper reporting, they will charge. However, one of the benefits of using identeco for this information is that we provide clear, concise reporting and do the legwork for you – saving you time and money. Subscribers to identeco receive preferential rates to other services and account management to help you get the best from the portal.

Subscribers have access to customer screening, sales ledger account monitoring, trace services, data cleansing, telephone and contact appending, email appending, live telephone matching, mortality matching, pre-litigation reports, anti-money laundering and ID checks, process serving, probate and land registry searches, asset intelligence, vehicle ownership confirmation, market research and outsourced services such as UK and International debt collection, dunning and letter mailings, call centre services. If there’s data, we can supply it.

identeco wishes to assure all of its customers that we adhere fully to all requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA), and only sell data that is fully compliant with the relevant laws and regulations. Our marketing lists are solely B2B and are considered to fall under 'legitimate business interest' as set out under GDPR and DPA. The data offered by identeco has been determined as suitable for use and where it is not suitable, or does not have appropriate consent, this data has been deleted. We expect our customers to handle the data in accordance with GDPR and DPA and follow the guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
